At ClearFlow Maintenance, we take great care in providing professional roof cleaning services. However, by agreeing to our services, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions:

1. Pre-Existing Conditions – We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage, including but not limited to loose shingles, broken tiles, deteriorated roofing materials, or leaks. Any existing issues may become more apparent after cleaning.

2. Water Intrusion – While we take precautions to minimize water entry, some water may enter vents, skylights, or under shingles. We recommend ensuring all vents, windows, and entry points are properly sealed before cleaning.

3. Gutter & Downspout Issues – Our cleaning process may reveal clogged or damaged gutters and downspouts, which are the homeowner’s responsibility to address.

4. Soft Wash & Chemical Use – Our soft wash process uses cleaning solutions that are safe for roofing materials when applied correctly. However, some plants or landscaping near the runoff areas may be sensitive to the cleaning solutions. We recommend pre-watering vegetation, and we will rinse affected areas, but we are not liable for plant damage.

5. Results & Stain Removal – While we strive for the best results, some stains, moss, algae, or discoloration may not be fully removed on the first treatment. Some organic stains may take time to fade after cleaning.

6. Roof Age & Material Integrity – Older roofs or those with brittle materials may be more susceptible to minor granule loss, lifting, or damage. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs due to the age or condition of the roof.

7. Customer Responsibility – It is the homeowner’s responsibility to inform us of any areas of concern, previous repairs, or delicate roofing materials before the cleaning process begins.

8. Weather Delays – Roof cleaning is weather-dependent. If conditions are unsafe due to rain, wind, or extreme temperatures, we may need to reschedule.
